A classic combination of cured spicy Italian sausage & fenocchio, sweetened by red onions slowly caramelised in red wine vinegar & natural sugars, tossed finally through a creamy risotto, a hint of lemon somewhere, no doubt. shavings of fresh parmesan, goes without saying, parsley from the garden & a rocket salad on the side. A vegetarian option replaces pepperoni with red peppers, available upon request.
